You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrataFlow from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
